Meet Cathy
Cathy is Talent Tribe’s Founder with 15 years experience across HR, People Management, Business Operations, Event Management & Project Management.
During her years of full time employment across some great Companies, when it came to People Management, Process and Culture she was exposed to the good, the bad and the ugly which she saw have a direct impact on performance and morale.
Talent Tribe was founded over five years ago by Cathy with a mission to help SMEs build people-centred workplaces. With a passion for people and years of expertise, Cathy set out to support companies in listening to their teams and tackling challenges in People, Culture & Process.
By working with different types and sizes of teams, Talent Tribe has great insight into the potential growing pains that come with scaling a business and more importantly how to support a team during a period of change.
Cathy's approach is personal as she understands that every business is different from the size, structure, values, work ethics, culture, their customers and the big goals they want to achieve! She will work alongside your team to get to know the business inside out and collaborate with the senior leadership team to plan what the next level looks like, putting milestones in place to deliver great things together.
Meet David
David is Talent Tribe’s Talent Acquisition Expert with a Strategic, Internal approach to recruitment.
With over seven years of internal Talent Acquisition experience across a range of companies - from startups like Fliplet, to scaleups like Pulsar, and large organisations like Access Intelligence Plc, David brings a unique perspective to talent acquisition that can benefit businesses of all sizes.
Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, who often focus on high-volume, commercially-driven hiring, David offers a more tailored ‘Internal TA’ mindset. His approach is built on immersing himself in each client’s culture, values, and the specific needs of hiring managers. By working so closely with businesses, David ensures that each recruitment effort aligns perfectly with the company’s vision and hiring profile.
David’s strategy emphasises quality over quantity. Working with a handful of clients allows him to focus more time and attention on their needs, ensuring a deeper understanding of their brand, company culture, and long-term goals. This results in highly targeted and efficient recruitment efforts, with better outcomes for everyone.
